Terms of Service

			Terms of Service for SA-MP.me Hosting (edited 23/07/2020):
			
			1) You cannot use your server for illegal activity.
				a) Storing / Using ANY copyrighted content will lead in an account suspension.
				b) Any copyright takedown request against your server will lead in an account suspension.
			
			2) Your account is strictly personal and should not be resold / used by someone else than you.
				a) One account per IP address and per user.
				b) Creating or using an account using a VPN / Proxy is prohibited.
				c) Creating an account using a throwaway e-mail address is prohibited.
			
			3) Your FTP / MySQL access must be used only for the proper functioning of your server.
				a) We do not guarantee the protection and the availability of your server files.
			
			4) Servers limitation:
				a) Your server is automatically shutdown after 24 hours of inactivity.
				b) Your server AND your MySQL database are automatically deleted after 7 days of inactivity.
					(at this point, your server can be reactivated on the game panel, 
					minus the data before the deletion)
				c) Your server entry in the database get deleted after 14 days of inactivity.
					(at this point your server port is freed and is available for usage by any other user,
					a new server can be requested by simply going on the game panel.)
				d) Your server hostname must contain the "[SA-MP.me]" tag.
				e) Your MySQL database is automatically deleted if its size exceed 25 MB.
				f) Custom plugins are not allowed and only the plugins available on the plugins management page are allowed.

				Please note: Your server is flagged as inactive if you don't login
					on the game panel or on your game server in a 24 hours timespan.
				Also note: Using any way to circumvent the server limitations
					will lead in an account suspension.
			
			5) How do we use your data?
				To be able to indentify yourself, we are using the data you've provided:
					nickname, e-mail address and hashed password
				We are also using AND storing your IP address / browser language and user agent to verify if you are using a VPN / Proxy.
					Please note: your browser language informations are only stored in the "cookie" entry made in the database.
					It is dropped once you logout or delete your account.
				We are not using those data to send you marketing e-mail.
				We are not using those data to send you a newsletter.
				We are not selling those data.

				All the actions you do on the game panel are logged.
				Those logs are not deleted when you delete your account.

				The HTTP requests you make on the game panel are also logged,
					you can get the request ID by checking the "Ray-id" header on the server HTTP response.
				The HTTP requests are logged for a maximum of 24 hours.

				An "identifier" cookie is dropped on your browser when you create an account or log on one.
					This cookie is never dropped from the database and was made to prevent multiple account creation.
					It is not used elsewhere and is used only for this purpose in addition to IP duplication check.

				You can, at any moment, delete your account.
					Please note: If one or more service is suspended (FTP or MySQL),
					deleting your account will require you to contact the support.
					
					Your account deletion is also not immediate,
					a redemption period of 7 days is required before the website actually delete your account.
			
			6) When using the support or chatting in the Discord server, please respect the other users, 
				insulting / bashing someone there will lead in an account suspension.
			
			7) We can suspend / delete your server for any reason, even if not listed.
			
			8) We do reserve the right to change or add conditions without notification.
			
			If you accept all of that, you can get a server.
